Using TELL ME MORE is intuitive…
Most of the time, what you need to do is obvious and you won’t require any particular instructions. However, during each of the exercises, if you would like to make sure you understand what to do, click on « Instructions ».
….but you will never be without help features.
At any time when using the software, you can place your cursor over a word, right click, and a box will appear, giving you the translation of the word, enabling you to listen to how it should be pronounced, and even enabling you to practice pronouncing it!
You will also have access to the “additional tools” menu.
You will be able to practice how to pronounce words and sounds correctly,
…either with specific pronunciation exercises…
You will be given the opportunity to include these specific exercises (pronouncing words or phrases, or film dubbing, for example) within your training program.
…or with any other exercise, with just a quick right click…
It is also possible to right click on your mouse and practice pronouncing a word during any exercise.
A waveform will help you to visualize your pronunciation and compare it to the example. Your score is displayed on a scale of 1 to 5. You will be able to listen to yourself and start again as many times as you wish.
For all other exercises, you can check your answers with just 1 click
For each exercise, when you have chosen your response, click on "Check My Answer" to submit your response.
You will be shown any errors you make immediately…
Any incorrect answers will be shown in red, while correct answers will be shown in green.
If some of your answers are incorrect, the Show Solution button appears below the exercise.
…and you can obtain the right answer or start over before asking for the solution.
When you click on "Show Solution," the right answer is immediately displayed on the screen.
…when you have validated your response, you are given your score!…… and your success rate for the exercise will be shown on the screen.
You also have the option of stopping an exercise and moving on to the next.
At any time, regardless of whether or not you have finished the exercise, clicking on "Finish" will take you back to the list of exercises available in this demo, where you can select another.
