Our U.S. office is a fast growing company and is composed of a dedicated group of professionals and we are looking for additional salespeople to grow with our successful team.
Summary
Due to rapid expansion and increased sales relating to our online solutions we are looking for a trainer to provide detailed training on the tools associated with our online solutions to both our corporate and education customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Auditing the pedagogical needs of our prospective clients.
- Coordinating and following up on the implementation of our e-learning solutions in clients’ companies.
- Teaching our clients (companies, language schools, universities) how to use our products and related tools (pedagogical, organizational, etc.) in the U.S. and Canada.
- Follow-up responsibilities including responding to clients’ questions, internal reporting on the use of our e-learning solutions and continuing customer service once implementation of the solution is in place.
- Provide training and support to managers and sales teams to effectively present all functionalities of e-solutions to its fullest potential.
- Standardize our content to meet the needs of State standards through alignment/correlation
Qualifications
- A solid knowledge of training in both the corporate environment as well as the U.S. education environment
- Flexibility to adjust to training needs and requirements in both markets
- Communicate well with corporate clientele as well as education professionals (Masters, Ph.D. level)
- Experience in conducting technology training a plus
- Experience in conducting pedagogical training a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Education
- Minimum of three year’s experience in training
